How to Donate to Save the Lake Coalition

If you wish to donate to the Save the Lake Coalition to help the entire watershed, as well as Chippewa Lake, the largest natural inland lake in the State of Ohio, here is what you should do:

Friends of the Medina County Parks is a 501 (c)(3) focused on environmental quality and protection. The treasurer is Thomas K. James, former director of the Medina County Park District.

What We have Funded

Your generosity has helped us to fund:

  • Nearly $8,000 of the mitigation study
  • $2000 Grant to assist the Medina County Park District in the acquisition of advanced sensor technology for monitoring of lake water quality.
  • A Grant funded a Rain Barrel Workshop as well as 20 Rain Barrels for Village residents. The same grant funded an online Rain Garden workshop
